Catering

We have four preferred caterers to choose from, each with diverse styles and different price ranges. All have been chosen on the basis of their superior product and service.

Bar Facilities/Alcohol Policy

Caterers will provide licensed bartenders to serve alcohol. Most caterers permit you to purchase your own alcohol. They will be happy to discuss any other details you may have questions about. A banquet license can be purchased for a nominal fee from any Washington State Liquor store for your full host bar; this can be arranged by your caterer.

Decorations

Please enquire for guidelines. Nothing is allowed that will damage the facility, such as nails in walls, glue products, confetti or rice. (Birdseed is a nice alternative).

Clean-Up

Please remove anything you bring in, we will take care of the rest.

Parking

Ample street parking is available as well as the use of the back lot (south end) of Safeway directly across the street. If you prefer, valet parking can be arranged for your event*.

ADA

ADA portable restrooms can be ordered to accommodate guests in wheelchairs*.

Seating and Tables

Seating and tables for up to 120 guests is included in the rental fee. We have beautiful mahogany Chivari chairs and an assortment of round and rectangular tables.
